I have since had daily emails and texts of updates to what stage I am up to with connection/activation and where my modem is with Australia post tracking. Would like to post here how amazing the service has been from Darren Blackley and iThink Technology in helping me with my internet/NBN set up at my new home. I had NBN capability but no active line or service. Darren set me up with a provider and was on hand when the technician came around.
